Shipping
Standard Shipping
Most orders ship within 1-3 weeks after your order is placed not including preorders. We’ll email you a shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order ships. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note, we may require additional handling time due to inventory availability, order volume, or other factors. In such case, we will contact you via email to inform you of any delays.
Expedited Shipping Options
If you have rush order or special shipping requests, please reach out to our team before you place your order. Our team will work with you to get your items to you as quickly and easily as possible.
Please be mindful that some shipping factors are outside our control. Things such as weather delays, COVID-19 related delays, and carrier specific delays may occur.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
If we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, you are responsible for contacting us and paying the shipping cost for your item to be reshipped.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to order personalization, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, such as a mistake I have made or shipping damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We do reserve the right to request proof of the defect and return of the item before the replacement is processed.

Local Pickup
If you're doing local pickup I will reach out letting you know when your item is ready to pick up. If items is not picked up during the time we have scheduled or place you will be responsible for picking up the item for my location choice and time. Item must be picked up within a 7 business day window, anything after 7 days is no longer my responsibility unless we have worked out a plan. No refund or exchange will be given on items that are not picked up.
